We Need Your Help!

As most of you may know, we have been filming our entire journey.  My husband has a beautiful eye for film and has been working very hard at capturing what we can.   Unfortunately we have been renting and borrowing equipment, and not having it ready at hand, we are missing great shots to be filming.  We need equipment, we need to pay our crew, pay for sound, music fees, storage and back up etc.  It costs a lot to make a film!

Here is where we need your support!   By financially backing our film, you are helping this project to be made.  You are making it possible for us to continue to tell our story!

We have launched a campaign at KickStarter, which is an amazing platform for creative projects to go to and seek their funding.

Please head over to our campaign, we have lots of awesome rewards if you back us, including the digital download of the movie and even some adorable baby onesies!

If we do not meet our goal by the end of the deadline, we get NONE of the pledged money.  SO it is really important that you back any amount you can and share with your friends and family!

Thank you for all of your support!  Here is the link to our campaign:

  1. I am sorry I can't support you in finances, but you do have my prayers, and I share your pages with people I know!

  2. I have been following your journey from the beginning and have cried actual tears of sorrow at the story and tears of joy for you all when the pregnancy was confirmed. My husband and I are no strangers to Kickstarter and I am happy to support your cause in any way. That said, I don't know how to say this as I know you all have SOOO much going on and you have been so very sick, but for myself and the people I have led to your page it has been really quite hard to stay connected to this journey with such infrequent posts and contact points. We were all really drawn in at the beginning but information has just dropped off so drastically that it is easier to forget. I used to check this blog once every few days (along with the other blogs I frequent) but when I realized it would go weeks without posts I just stopped doing it out of habit. Again, I know you have so many other things going on, but if what you desire is support for a movie, etc the time to build a following is now. We would love posts on daily stuff, prepping for the babies, how the appointments are going, plans being made, thoughts on the birth, etc. Posts from any and all parties involved would certainly be interesting. Even though I don't know any of you I am so happy for you and wish you nothing but the best and hope that you get the funds needed!

    1. Laura,

I think you really hit the nail on the head here! I am new to blogging, and of course being so sick, however I am unsure how much our readers want from us! I am often times am afraid of over blogging and having people be sick of us. I think everything you said is SO encouraging and getting this feedback helps us so much! Sitting down to write a blog right now. Thank you for speaking up! Warmly, Tiffany

  3. Tiffany, I was actually feeling a bit anxious after I wrote my comment but it is something that has been on my heart for awhile. I'm so glad that you heard what I was trying to say. My background is in business, and that is the "lens" through which I view things and I just so much want your kickstarter campaign to be a huge success! I have been so happy to see the increase in all the posts (and having had two pregnancies myself I know just how tough that is - especially when feeling sick and having other kiddos to take care of!) You guys are amazing, keep it coming! Honestly, people are so interested in this story and so very happy for you all!

  4. Hello Tiffany,

I just read an article about you entitled "Carrying these babies for my brother - CNN.com" at http://us.cnn.com/2012/09/07/health/surrogate-sisters/index.html?hpt=hp_c1

I just wanted to tell you that I find you really amazing Tiffany to do such a wonderful deed for your brother. He is surely very blessed to have you as his sister.

Good deeds always bring unexpected good consequences in various areas of life for those who do them and it will be no different for you, Tiffany.

Best wishes for your coming babies.

    Michael
